Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.

Unwanted goods

We operate a returns policy for unwanted and faulty goods. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please email us at info@affordablenutrition.co.uk and send your item(s) along with a copy of your original order to: Affordable Nutrition, 4 Long Meadow, High Ackworth, West Yorkshire, WF7 7EA

Please return goods unused and in original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 60 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.

Faulty goods

If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full (including any shipping fees incurred) or send you a replacement free of charge, whatever your preference is.

Exchanging goods

If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending any unwanted items back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.

Changing or cancelling an order

Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you received your order. To cancel your order please contact us in writing within 14 days via info@affordablenutrition.co.uk referencing your order number.

We’ll happily make any amendments to your order if the order has not already been despatched. If your order has already been sent we cannot add any more items and you will be required to place another order.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us onto the original method of payment in full.

We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

My payment card has expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original method of payment when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will arrange a same day bacs transfer.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3 business days for the funds to clear.
